FINA released today the list of approved suits for competition.
Not making the list are any BlueSeventy and the Arena X Glide. Also curiously not on the list is any FastSkinII (unless "FastSkin" in the list covers both FS1 and FS2). It's also unclear whether covered arms is acceptable.

Rowdy Gaines 3X Olympic Gold medalist and Olympic sports commentator will be doing the lake swim on May 2 at 7:45 AM. Rowdy currently is the executive director of “Rowdy’s Kidz” which offers free swim clinics around the country sponsored by the Limu corporation, producers of the healthy-energy drink Blu Frog. Rowdy is on the ten most wanted list for Lucky’s Lake Swim. He will raise a thousand dollars for the YMCA Aquatic Center’s Scholarship Program by completing the swim.

If you haven't heard about the Ten Most Wanted list for the Lake Swim, this is its web link It’s a nice way to get a little publicity for the Aquatic Center and swimming.

I would love to see some Team Orlando Masters swimmers come out and do the swim. We had 136 swimmers this Saturday!!!!!

Hi everyone, Happy Holidays! On Wed, Dec. 31 at 10:00 am, we will be having our annual 100x100's at the YMCA Aquatic Center! It's a great way to bring in the New Year! Make a goal, swim with a group or partner, make up different sets, and swim as much or as little as you wish!

Team Orlando Masters/Family/Friends are invited to a FUN workout (relays) on New Years Day from 12 noon to 1 pm at the Aquatic Center with the kids team, Swim Orlando! A Barbeque will follow.
